THIS WEEK’S DISCUSSION:
Whether you’re a company of one or one thousand employees, your business has both an opportunity and risk when it pertains to your brand. Employees may not always personally agree with the brand you’re building, so how do you manage it? How do you empower and engage employees while protecting and building your brand
Kim Gillenwater and Jaime Faulkner will share about their experiences building the MutualBank brand. With over 500 employees throughout the state of Indiana (over 200 employees located in Delaware County) and spanning over 16 counties, Kim and Jaime share the framework for success they’ve experienced as well as some duds, mishaps and opportunities even they haven’t taken advantage of yet.
