Brandon Coppernoll is a freelance consultant specializing in online marketing, web design and development, and web analytics for small businesses. He loves web analytics, and in time you will too. He loves using website and marketing data to make informed decisions, necessary adjustments, and improve conversions.
In addition to freelance consulting, he serves a business analyst role at Ball State University. He is responsible for assessing data from university software systems to recommend improvements to key university processes and procedures, including CRM, event management, admissions, and e-mail. He also creates, maintains, and interprets analytics from various software pieces for integrating marketing campaigns.
